A little price.
A lot of heart.

Every new business gets 14 days of Baithak features. Bring your menu, explore the workspace and try it during service. No payment details are needed, and no payment mandate is created automatically. When you’re ready, choose and authorize a paid subscription in Account & billing.

Your QR menu stays available and your saved data is retained. You can edit dishes and prices, share your menu and download a branded QR code, with up to 20 café menus per business. Guests can browse; ordering, staff tools, billing, reports and loyalty require active paid, trial or complimentary access.

Tablio takes no percentage commission on orders. Listed prices exclude applicable taxes, and external payment processing charges are separate. Standard branded QR cards and self-service setup are included. Optional add-ons renew separately each month. Your Signature has a separately quoted one-time custom design fee, including on Mehfil; ₹149 per café per month covers hosting and maintenance on Nukkad or Baithak. AI artwork credit packs are not on sale yet.

Your Signature is a custom website designed by us for your café. Share your story, logo, photos and design preferences; we agree the scope and one-time design fee, create your website and share a preview. After your approval, we launch it at your café link, connected to your existing Tablio menu, ordering and rewards.

• The one-time custom design fee is quoted separately on every plan, including Mehfil. Contact us for a quote before starting the design work.
• Hosting and maintenance cost ₹149 per café per month as an add-on to Nukkad or Baithak. Mehfil includes this ongoing service; it does not include the one-time design fee.
• Your existing dashboard and menu stay connected. Buying a subscription does not automatically create or publish a custom website; design and launch are arranged with us.

Each café adds 300 messages on Nukkad, 750 on Baithak or 1,000 on Mehfil to the business’s shared monthly allowance, including on annual plans. The allowance resets each calendar month in Indian time; unused included messages don’t roll over. Trials and complimentary access include 25 messages per business per month. For Indian mobiles, optional prepaid packs are 100 messages for ₹50, 500 for ₹250 or 1,000 for ₹500. There are no automatic overage charges.

Choose one shared paid plan and select which cafés it covers in Account & billing. Every unselected café stays on Free. For example, one café on Nukkad and another on Free costs ₹199 per month before applicable taxes. Two selected cafés on Baithak cost ₹798 per month. A business can have up to 20 cafés. Paid features unlock only after payment is verified.

Yes. Review plan, café quantity and billing interval changes in Account & billing. Higher-tier upgrades and same-tier capacity increases start a fresh paid period immediately after successful payment, at the full new-plan charge. Unused old-plan time is not automatically credited, refunded or carried forward. Downgrades, café selection changes without a capacity increase, capacity reductions and interval-only changes start after your current covered access.

• Current base and add-on renewals stop when you request a replacement. The old base is replaced only after the upgrade payment is verified.
• Existing extras keep their own paid-through dates. Extras on the replacement require a separate purchase unless included in the new plan.
• Leaving replacement checkout unfinished leaves old renewals cancelled. Your current access continues to its expiry, then Free applies unless another independent entitlement remains.

Cancel renewal in Account & billing. Your access continues through the paid period, then your QR menu stays on Free unless another independent entitlement remains. Cancelling your base plan also cancels all add-on and replacement renewals. Each current product keeps its verified paid-through date. An old plan replaced by an upgrade does not resume, and cancellation does not create an automatic refund. We send a three-day reminder to help you review renewal.

Your starting base software subscription rate is protected for your first 12 consecutive paid months. We give at least 30 days’ notice before an eligible renewal price increase. Annual prepaid terms keep their purchased price until the end of that term.
