Service terms
Tablio is operated by Damz. It provides menus, table ordering, kitchen operations, team access, billing records and loyalty tools for restaurant businesses.
Your business account
The owner is responsible for accurate business information, menu prices, dietary and allergen labels, staff permissions and lawful use of guest information. Each team member must use their own verified email. Owners can invite members, change roles and remove access in Team. Roles cover all restaurants in that business.
Trials and subscriptions
New business accounts receive a 14-day trial. The price, billing frequency and recurring payment authorization are displayed through Razorpay before purchase. After all trial, paid or complimentary access ends, restaurant operating tools, staff access and guest ordering lock. Owners retain a Free tier for menu editing, a public read-only menu and printable QR codes. Paid features remain locked; account and billing remain accessible for renewal and saved data is retained. Subscription reminders are sent three days before the current access expires. Add-ons require an active base plan and renew separately. WhatsApp bill allowances are 300/750/1,000 per paid café per calendar month for Nukkad/Baithak/Mehfil; trials and complimentary access include 25 per business/month. The Free menu-only tier includes no automated WhatsApp sending. Allowances reset in Indian time without rollover. Optional prepaid extras cost ₹0.50 per Indian-mobile bill message and never top up automatically. Provider acceptance uses one included message or prepaid credit; explicit rejection restores it, while uncertain acceptance remains reserved pending verification.
Cancellation and refunds
Owners can cancel renewal from Account & billing. An active subscription remains available until the end of its paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge. See the cancellation and refund policy for billing disputes and refund requests.
Restaurant orders and payments
Your restaurant supplies the food and service, sets prices and handles guest complaints and refunds. Counter settlement records a staff member’s confirmation; staff must verify receipt of money before marking a bill paid. Optional online guest payments use the restaurant’s connected Razorpay account and are confirmed against the provider. Platform subscription charges and restaurant guest bills are separate.
Café offers, combos and loyalty
Each participating café is the issuer of its own offers and rewards. Before joining or using an offer, read that café’s published terms on its menu or at checkout. Those terms identify qualifying items and channels, minimum spend, reward value and cap, earning rules, usage limits, applicable dates and any daily hours. Unless an offer says otherwise, it applies only at the issuing café. All offer times use India Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata); the displayed end time is excluded.
Combo contents and included sizes or extras are fixed as displayed. Stock and price are checked when an order is submitted. Once accepted, the order keeps its agreed price and saved offer terms. Later price changes, pauses or early withdrawal do not cancel an accepted order.
Loyalty enrolment is optional. Earned points, stamps and reward credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Staff verify eligibility and apply one promotional reward per order before payment; discounted combos qualify only where expressly allowed. Free-item rewards require that item on the bill and are subject to the stated value cap. A quoted maximum reward is not a guaranteed discount on every bill.
Only eligible paid purchases earn benefits. Cancelled or unpaid purchases do not qualify, and refunds reverse associated earnings. Multi-round orders count as one visit per member. Pausing or ending a campaign stops new participation and direct promotional discounts; already earned balances remain redeemable under their published reward rules. Purchased prepaid passes retain their original uses and expiry. Published reward rules are preserved; revised offers require a new version.
A prepaid pass is an entitlement to the specified food or drink services, not a cash wallet. The café must verify and record payment before issuing it. Check included products, price, number of uses and validity before purchasing. Contact the issuing café about fulfilment problems, unused-pass refunds, order cancellations, disputed rewards or account corrections. No term permits false claims, concealed material restrictions, arbitrary cancellation of accepted benefits or exclusion of applicable consumer or privacy rights. Additional café terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Availability and receipts
Internet access is required. The application has no offline order queue. Staff service alerts update while their workspace is open and visible; they are not a guarantee that a waiter has seen a request. No uptime, response-time or service-credit commitment is included unless separately agreed in writing. Businesses are responsible for checking receipts and any required tax details.
Data and responsible use
Only upload content and records you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to access another business’s records, share passwords or misuse guest contact information. See the privacy notice for data handling and export or deletion requests.

Plan changes and Free menus
Higher-tier upgrades and same-tier café capacity increases start immediately after successful payment, with a fresh billing period at the full displayed price. Unused old-plan time is not automatically credited, refunded or carried forward; the checkout review discloses this before authorization. Downgrades, capacity reductions and interval-only changes start after current covered access ends. We cancel current base and add-on renewals before creating replacement checkout. New features and capacity require a verified replacement payment. A paid upgrade replaces its previous base plan permanently. Cancellation stops renewal while the current paid period continues; after it ends, Free applies unless another independently valid trial or complimentary entitlement remains. A superseded base plan does not resume. Existing extras remain usable until their own paid periods end; buy extras separately on the replacement unless they are included. Leaving checkout unfinished does not restore cancelled renewals. Cancelling a base plan also cancels all add-on and replacement renewals. After paid or trial access ends, the Free tier provides menu editing and read-only QR menus, with no online orders or paid operating tools.
